A year and half after the launch of BBA's new website, the project has revised some of its prioriites and policy strategies. To reflect these updates, which included adding Facebook and Twitter to their outreach efforts, I worked with them to revise a few of their website's main pages. The more significant changes are on their Get Involved and Early Childhood Education pages. A custom database was also created for their state partner pages, which highlight important early childhood metrics, showcase BBA-type programs, and display organizations doing bold education work in each state. See New York, for example. Their new Twitter feed was also added to the site's footer. Most of the visual revisions were done by updating their CSS to use Bootstrap; the database is PHP/mySQL-based and built onto their existing content management system.
